Return and Shipping Policy

We do not provide any exchange or return.

No return or exchange shall be entertained during sale

Please do not expect products to be packaged in our Zevar King Box Package during Sale

Note: Please make an unboxing video when opening a Zevar King order and send it while requesting an exchange.

Following are the exceptions we give:

Exchanges

  • We do not entertain any kind of exchange. 
  • An exchange is only applicable in case of a ring size issue. This request shall be raised within 48 hours of the delivery of an order. 
  • The shipping charges in this case shall be borne by the customer since we give free shipping on all general orders. 
  • The pick up and drop facility shall be provided from our end.
  • The pick up shall take place within 2 days of the request placed. Please make sure the product is packed the way it came, in all its original packaging. Also, please make sure the original Zevar King box is not damaged. Do not tape it. 
  • Once it reaches back at our warehouse and passes all our quality check standards, we shall send you the exchanged size. Please be sure that all items that are to be exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. 
  • This process takes a time period of 8-10 days. 
  • If a customer wants to speed this process a little then they can ship the product back on their own. In that case shipping charges of only a single side shall be borne by them. And once it reaches back at our warehouse and passes all our quality check standards, we shall send you the exchanged size.

Damage Related Issues 

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item. 
  • Please mail us with all close up images and videos of the same so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only applicable if damage is reported within 24 hrs of receiving. 
  • In such cases, once the products are received and inspected by us, the customers shall be notified regarding the approval of the refund. Once approved, the refund shall automatically be processed to the original payment method used by the customer.
  • Please note, it can take a week to 12 days for the amount to reflect in your bank once the refund has been approved and processed.
