Return and Shipping Policy

Shipping online can be tricky! And Zevar King understands that. Sometimes you may need some time to decide whether you want to hang on to what you’ve bought, or simply return because it turned out to be different compared to what you had in mind. That’s why we offer you 2 days to decide.

- Simply, you can conveniently return any unworn/unused item for a credit coupon, within 2 days from the date of delivery. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 3 months on www.zevarking.com

- Please note that the item MUST be unworn/unused.

Can everything be returned?

Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall in to any of the following categories:

- Products applicable to sale items and free items, unless the product is broken or defected.

We advise you not accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.


In simple terms, the return process:

  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with a ZevarKing executive to arrange for the pick-up – we’ll have someone come by to pick up your parcel.
  • Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 2 days.
  •  Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed. The exact payment reversal will depend on the mode of payment as opted by you.

For any items that were damaged during delivery, please contact us on www.zevarking.com or on our Instagram Page @zevarking with photographs of the damaged piece to schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
